This is a massive battery cage for 25,000 layers project implemented in Zambia. This project uses
A-type battery cages for layers to provide an efficient breeding environment and provide farmers with high-quality laying hen breeding services.
Zambia is a large agricultural country, and the poultry farming industry occupies an important position in the country's economy. In order to meet the growing demand for layer chicken breeding, a Chinese company contacted us and said that they would cooperate with a local farmer to implement a large-scale layer farming project. They hope that our poultry farming equipment can provide the chicken farm with a modern breeding environment and improve production efficiency.
After understanding the customer's needs, we recommended the A-type battery cages for layers to the customer. This kind of cage has reasonable design and stable structure, and can maximize the use of breeding space. Each A-shaped battery cage system can accommodate multiple tier chickens, allowing farmers to achieve large-scale breeding on limited space. This design also helps manage the health and hygiene of the chickens, reducing the risk of disease transmission.
Their breeding efficiency can be improved by using an A-type battery cage system. The battery cage for layers provides an optimized chicken house environment, including automatic drinking system, automatic feeding system, automatic manure cleaning system and automatic environmental control system, etc. These facilities simplify the breeding process, reduce labor costs, and increase production efficiency.
In addition, we designed detailed chicken house design plans and A-type battery cage system layout plans for our customers. details as follows:
1. Use A-type 4-tier, 5-door layer cages with a specification of 195*45*41cm.
2. The internal width of the chicken house is 15 meters, the length is 88 meters, and the height is 3.5 meters.
3. 40 sets of A-type layer cages in each row, 4 rows in total, 160 sets
4. A total of 25,600 chickens are raised.
Customers quickly placed orders after visiting our factory. We arranged the shipment in October 23, and after more than a month of shipping, it arrived at the port of Dar es Salaam. After the customer arranged transportation to the farm in Lusaka, Zambia, we sent 2 professional technicians to assist with the installation work. At present, the project has been installed. The customer is very satisfied with the quality of our A-frame battery cage system for layers and is preparing to start loading chickens in February.
